What's an escape room?It's a live-action interactive game designed to challenge your wit and puzzle-solving skills. Your team must find and decipher clues, solve a mystery and ultimately "escape" the room before the time is up.
DO I HAVE TO book and pay online?Yes! We only accept prepaid online reservations. We operate by appointment only and cannot accommodate walk-ins or cash payments.
How much is it?
All our games are private and we charge per room on a tiered scale. Detailed pricing above.
What's the refund policy?We do not provide refunds.
You can reschedule a booking if call or text us at least 12-hours before your game time. No credit will be given for no-shows or last minute cancellations. 
Can I pay with cash?No. We only accept credit/debit cards through our online booking service.
How many can play?
Each room is designed for 3-8 players. Minimum is 2. You can add a 9th player in our larger rooms (Rooftop & Pizzeria). If you have 10 or more - you will need to book 2 rooms.
Will I BE PLAYING with strangers?No! Our rooms are always private - meaning each room is reserved for you and your team only. We believe that escape rooms are best enjoyed with friends and family.

Can children play?We recommend the experience for anyone 10 and up. We allow younger kids (5+) as a part of a family. There must be at least 1 adult participant per room if players are under 15. Players 15-16 are allowed to play by themselves as long as the adult stays on premises. We charge for all ages (6+) and chaperones - everyone that enters the room must be paid for.
Can I bring MY toddler?Toddlers and babies are not allowed in the rooms (unless in a stroller/carrier and immobile). Our games are family-friendly but definitely not childproof. There's running around and small elements involved - so leave your little ones at home!
Do you have a ROOM FOR KIDS?We do not. But we do offer a kids version (hint cards) of our two rooms: Rooftop and Pizzeria - you can select it while booking. We recommend it for families with kids under 12 and kids birthday parties.
DO YOU DO BIRTHDAY PARTIES?Unfortunately we do not have a designated birthday space and we do not host any events other than our five games. We also don't allow food or drinks on premises.
But we love being a part of our players' birthday celebrations! 
Can 2 people play?Sure, but keep in mind that this is a group activity designed for teams of 3-8, so it is significantly more challenging with just 2.
Is it scary?

What's not allowed in the room?No tools, weapons, phones, cameras, drinks or food. We provide lockers for your stuff. Players who use excessive force and don't follow instructions will be ejected from the room and held financially responsible for any damage.
Can i bring alcohol?
No. We don't allow drinks or food in our facility because of all the electronic props that we have. If you arrive visibly intoxicated - you will not be allowed to enter the room or be refunded/rescheduled.
What if I'm late?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you're late - it will cut into your 60-minute play time.
Is Enter/Locked a franchise?
No, we are a small local business created by escape room enthusiasts! Our only location is in Ridgeland currently (we used to own JXN Escape Room, now retired). We take great pride in fact that we design and build all of our themes ourselves.
Do the rooms require physical activity?Some of our rooms may require light physical activity like climbing stairs or crawling through a tunnel - so wear comfortable clothes and shoes!
Are THE rooms accessible?Most of our rooms are, but it depends on the room. E.g. Pizzeria is accessible, but Rooftop contains stairs and is not. Contact us and we will help you choose the best option for your group.
